Im down another 1.2 lbs today so that's a total of 21.4. That is just fan-freaking-tastic.
I have been really inspired lately by a couple of things. First my WIW group of friends. They cheer me on and push me to make my goals.
Second- Kaiser's new healthy living ad campaign "the backsliders club". Basically the concept that just because you screw up one meal doesn't mean you have to screw up another. Any healthy living is better than none and in the long run it all adds up. I know I'm looking for quick wins and to make goals, but reality is I just want be healthy and live a long and happy life, and I'm thankful for the inspiration that keeps me on track..
Bottom line: find whatever it is that makes you happy and feel healthy and it doesn't have to be perfect.
Turkey day is tomorrow and I'll be out of town. I don't feel like going over my points. But we'll see how the day goes. I'm bring the iPad to do some quick workouts. I also plan to hit up the grocery store to pick up some fruit when we get to Grandma's house. So that's my plan of attack. One day, one meal, one choice at a time. I'll update on how I do!
