WIW - 1 month down for 2012

Today I weighed in at 147.5.

After going back and forth, I settled on 140 as my final goal weight (for now). 7.5 lbs to go. I don't feel like I'm "dieting" right now. But I'm still losing. Hoping that my body will even out in the process because I don't feel like I need to eat any more every day. I hope thats how it works. I indulge at times, I drink alcohol at times. I workout more when I need to but stay active no matter what. I feel good about this plan.

Why set this goal? When I hit 140... I'm going to buy myself some skinny jeans.... because the ones I am wearing today don't fit! Yeehaw!
